Scientists

Kids learn about famous scientists who have made major advances in the world of science. Every biography has the scientist's picture, name, date and place of birth, occupation, date of death (if not alive). It includes a brief sketch of the major achievements, family life, education, theories, other interests and occupations of the scientist, life at the end, and a brief summary of the accomplishments of the scientist. The biographies have interesting pictures and the language used is simple. The aim is to expose kids to the world of science in an interesting and inspiring way and encourage kids to think.
