Converting Decimals to Fractions
We know that decimals are fractions that have powers of ten as their denominators.
To write a decimal as a fraction, we use place values.
For example:
Consider the decimal 0.15.
It can be written in the place value chart as follows:

We know that 1 tenth is same as 10 hundredths.
So, 0.15 is 15 hundredths.
Now, write 15 hundredths as a fraction.
